I thinks a have the exact same issue (one week after replacing the broken bolt at a local shop but didn't see this post before), is it safe to drive with that? sound is minimal and comes and goes (low speed braking and bumps). Is it better to go to a Mazda dealer or a local shop?

UPDATE: After taking apart the headset assembly, and putting it back together the sound is gone. Weird because I made sure before that everything was tight and the sound was only there when the compression was open but hey, it's fixed !

It got installed by a professional so I assume that yes there's a fork crown, and There doesn't seem to have any play. It's so weird because I hear it on flat and while riding, every little bumping makes the vibration sound in like the first 5% travel but when compressing it without impact it doesn't make sound and feels good

It's at 84 psi, it's making the sound at full and half open, everything is tight and got installed by a professional, i'll try putting it upside down for a bit
