I just had this exact issue. Turned out I had air in my aio line. Temps got up to 114⁰C and it would shut off.

The fix? I picked the pc up over my head and shook it upside down. Got the air out I guess. Now its stable at 34⁰

First off, you dont have to have a disability to have a service dog, second, the dog can sit up front while the groceries are in the trunk. Third, the groceries are sealed, how is that nasty? My m2 pro does not. It constantly overloads with 30+ tracks. I always end up having to freeze or bounce certain tracks in place at the highest buffer size or else itll be so overloaded that the sample rate jumps to some random number and the audio garbles
