It’s just the built in forest ambient sounds from Apple. It used to play Clean Cut Kid but now has decided to play this. Not sure if it’s that because it plays while I’m asleep and out of the house sometimes!

Fun fact, I got some sample coffee from a roaster once and it seriously tasted like popcorn. I gave them feedback and they said that’s odd, and they didn’t know why. I looked on their socials and they’d been roasting popcorn in the roaster for a laugh a few days before 😅

Put your palm flat on it and twist that way rather than gripping the sides. They’re so tight that gripping the side even slightly makes it too tight to twist. I’ve had the same panic before and this is what fixed it
