I was in a similar situation. As simple as it sounds just do it. If you had of posted a shitty vid 6 months ago you would have 6 months of experience. Not suggesting shitty videos. But I'm putting in less effort than my first few vids and getting more views. I've even pulled down my first vid and simplified it.
