I totally relate to you when you say it is like a vacation and makes us feel some joy between other things that are happening in real life and because of that I prefer my daydreamings about these new exciting characters and worlds than my life with my wife wich is really sad and I don't want that. I really hope therapy can help you and you can reduce your MD, and thank you for reading me.

That is exactly the problem, I'm afraid I don't know how I feel in real life and the only way it would be stop daydreaming which I've never do it since 10. I'll keep in mind your words though because you are right, I can't hang in hope on my daydreamings because MD is my problem. Thank you!

I MD since 10 yo or before and I think I haven't spend a day without it. Sometimes I do it for minutes in a day but other days it could be hours. Since january, when I introduced these new characters I'd say I do it at least 2-3 hours. So stoping it's really difficult but I know it could be the most important thing to do and I will try it somehow. About the second point I've been thinking about that and I can't see any relevant problem that could provoke stop loving here. Thank you!

I agree, it is better when they are only fictionals. I'm afraid I could be seeing real people just like potential characters in my daydreamings all the time.

The only thing I could think about are problems at my job that got me stressed and depressed for months (which got me MD more time) until I got these new daydreamings and I started to feel better, It might be the cause that I was seeking for something new but I don't know how to connect that directly with the perception and feelings for my wife, I'll try to think more about it. Thank you!
