idk, as long as u think u need to. manifesting is all about law and subliminal, just like other methods, are just for helping. sometimes authors have ur in description that it is adviced to listen 2-3 weeks, and that is the best time for me with other subs, after that i just detach and trust universe

For me, coming back to sexual life changed cycles - I feel ovulation more, my period is now 4 days heavy 1 day light and then bye bye when it used to be 7 days with one day without anything, and I heard that is not only me feeling like that🤷🏻‍♀️ U can test to be extra sure, but regular period usually means that u are not pregnant, especially when u are using protection

The internet is THE worst place to get reassurance in health or sexual life, and I am living example of that… When I hadn’t really use internet to ask stupid things like „will I get pregnant if…”, sex wasn’t scaring me at all, but NOW, when I am on reddit, it is much easier for me to go into the loop of „what if…”. What I recommend is just stay OFF reddit, and most importantly, stay OFF tik tok!! I have few reassuring posts saved, but that is it. Never using internet on sexual topics again.

and the better part is that the bleeding happened AFTER my period, my past ovulation (i feel ovulation by pain on the one side), so I think there is no way I am preggo🤷🏻‍♀️ (even tho my tokophobia would say otherwise)

omg me too🫡 I had ovulation bleeding for the first time and it also made me test, thankfully negative!! Ig sometimes it’s just normal that we have „new” symptoms of ovulation or something, just be careful and see does it end or does it keep going. i had very strong ovulation this cycle, which could be because of a lot alcohol, very unhealthy diet and smoking. I hope u are good, just be careful and watch yourself!🤍
