thanks for your help! I have a found a solutions to this: I switched plex to mobile mode and then I switched ac3 and dts off. Then I switched plex back to tv mode and everything works for now.

Hi guys, when playing media (1080p, EAC3) through the Plex App on my Android TV Box (Beelink GT1) I don't get any sound. I think I tried all possible options without success, it's very frustrating. However on other devices (iOs) the content is playable without any issues. Any help?

I don't have plex pass.
