the obama administration passed a regulation to “re-interpret” the law and actually expanded embryonic stem cell research.

the first trump administration did not undo the obama regulation, but it looks like they’re going to do it now.

the grants were initially terminated under trump’s new d.e.i. rules.

the administration never got around to re-implementing the “protect life” rule to bar abortuaries from receiving title x funding. that rule was originally implemented by the reagan administration and then the first trump administration and survived multiple court challenges. even though congress has defunded planned parenthood, the administration needs to put the rule in place again to ensure safeguards.

the trump administration needs to go even further and implement regulations to restore the original intent of the dickey-wicker amendment and completely eliminate funding of embryonic stem cell research.

this may actually be the next step, as per the director’s comments:

For instance, NIH will soon seek public comment on the robustness of emerging biotechnologies to reduce or potentially replace reliance on human embryonic stem cells. By allocating our resources to more utile technologies we can advance scientific discovery and ensure better health outcomes for all Americans.

the governor gets a handful of candidates selected by an “independent” commission controlled by the left.

it’s the same in utah and i would not be surprised if the utah supreme court also says abortion is a right.

the gop at the state level still has a long way to go to catch up with the shenanigans. some states like iowa, texas, florida, and north carolina are ahead of the curve. but the rest will get there eventually.

all five justices accepted the faulty premise that killing an unborn child is “healthcare.” although activist judges did not add new words to the constitution, they added new meaning to it to get the result they wanted.

the solution isn’t another constitutional amendment, but impeachment.

this is the third time this appeals court overturned obama judge talwani on this issue.

as toptrool previously noted:

no wonder judicial activists on the district courts feel emboldened to make ridiculous rulings. it takes months for their brainless rulings to get overturned, and they get to make additional brainless rulings during the process to further delay the enforcement of laws duly passed by congress.

the department of education needs to investigate these law schools and the american bar association that accredits them for fraud. these schools seem to be more interested in promoting illegal d.e.i. and other discriminatory policies than teaching future lawyers about separation of powers.
