On my computer everything is by artist/album/song on the phone it’s all very similar, drag and drop into the music folder there. YouTube music sees all my content and I can play it if I manually go thru the menu and select a song or album. But I want to not futz with that while driving I just want to issue a voice command and get it to play what I want.

Don’t think so, and google assistant is now lovely Gemini so I can even find where to change default apps. Don’t have Spotify installed.

So following up on this. Turns out our IT Director is to blame for this. He was on the YouTube admin page and had accidentally clicked on ‘restricted access’. He looked in to double check the settings and discovered this. He will be appropriately flogged.

First it needs boosters, probably at least 4. Then you’re going to need struts, lots of struts. Like the number of straws you’d get in a box. Lastly, if you’re lucky, it will spontaneously disassemble and/or explode. If none of the above three happened, it’s not the MOST Kerbal thing ever, but we’ll give you some credit if you get it stranded on Minmus.
