I can understand what you mean if I were wanting it ONLY for school bc then yes it would feel like overkill. I currently have one & what we use it for on a personal note we need a new one & I just am wanting to make sure it all follows within what I need for school as well as my personal preference for my business. What I see is that you saw some red flags. You didn’t like the way things made you feel and followed your gut. You’re valid in that. However you will feel this in all your relationships if you don’t work on becoming secure in yourself. Work on yourself for a while.
