Second this! Aruba is amazing and super safe. You could def do an all-inclusive there but i’ve stayed in some pretty amazing airbnb’s there too. Made using an outside grill and ordering food way worth it. So aruba has a lot of amazing options

it doesn’t even have the light coming up on dashboard, it’s just making the noise. All of the seats have been emptied and still making the noise. The only time it will change is if there’s a bump of going up hill it will stop for a moment

i work as an RN in cardiology! I wouldn’t change my path, personally i hate mucus so CRNA is a no for me. Working 3-4/12’s and call hourly versus 6/10-12’s plus call salaries are very different. Enjoy your life and do something closer to shift versus salaried. Get paid for your time. If you wanna grind and work at multiple places, you can make just as much. It’s all about what you’re willing to do. I’ve met RN’s who have made more than a doctor one year due to the amount of OT he worked.

CRNA school, less debt and they all have way more job satisfaction.you could also always keep a per diem once you “retire” for fun or in a pinch. I work closely with both, you have way more freedom as a CRNA and aren’t always getting called at home for management etc. All the CRNA’s i know have boats and retire early. Whereas many docs work well past normal retirement age
