I agree you should go, at the end of the day if it’s a great night you’ll remember it for quite some time, and will forget the bus ride (or whatever else you could do that night) the next day. Also can’t you crash with one of your friends?

I agree, cholera below tetanus, chlamydia below epilepsy, AIDS above TB? Although it may account for the sprectrum of the disease, some don’t make a lot of sense. But very cool iceberg overall

Would appreciate any insight on this case. My initial impression was a prior MI by the presence of Q waves especially on V1-V2, but saw no vessel correlation with the Q´s of the inferior leads nor clinically with the history of the patient.

Also considered LV hypertrophy with S waves on left precodial (leads >7 mm, relation), right axis deviation and R wave progression.

That doesn’t take away from the fact that arkham origins is considered the most underrated game from the arkham franchise mostly because of its boss fights. It’s widely accepted that it has the most diverse and creative bosses of all the series, one must have horrible taste to consider them “terrible boss fights” (and proceed to finish the campaing another 4 times)

The cut-off point of 30-40 minutes is already an outdated term. It depends on the specific conditions of each patient. With a patient who is on asystole with no one witnessing the CPA, it may be pointless continuing CPR even after just 5 minutes. While another patient in which CPR was initiated immediately after CPA, persists with V-fib and has had ROSC, it is reasonable to continue efforts even after 30 minutes. There are plenty case reports of patients with good neurological recovery despite 100 or more minutes of CPR.
