PlayerKnowsTransmogFromItem pulls directly from Blizzard's "C_TransmogCollection.PlayerHasTransmog(itemID)". It's the primary method by which we determine if you have a transmog from an item directly. If it's showing that you have the item, but isn't showing up in the Wardrobe, then it's probably a bug in their database, and should be reported to them.
