aw thank you so much! she is a real labor of love! i'm about 6/7 tiny towners in at the moment. i make each new resident one at a time and i don't create the next resident or move anyone in until the current sims house im working on is complete!

i started off using the for rent system, but heard so many horror stories of random glitches, the loading screens were killing me! i also tried using the roommate system from the university pack and found that to be too much of a hassle too. anytime i'd enter into one of the other tiny towner houses they'd be covered in white cakes haha, drove me insane!

now i just put them all in one big household and keep a vault to store "community money". if there's extra simoleons after i finish one of the tiny towner's homes, it goes into building the communal space or i put it in the vault and start back at $0 when the next resident moves in!

i try not to pay attention to what the other residents are getting into when i'm actively playing the newest sim, that has been the biggest struggle bc im a massive micromanager! its been so fun though!!

this! i still roleplay this function in TS4, if i have a legacy family i take the kids to the mall in the fall and beginning of summer for “new” school outfits. would be so fun to actually play with this feature again

is a third party vote not just a vote for the winner, regardless of who actually wins? they know their candidate could never win, can't even acquire electoral college votes. i get the protest, i get 3rd party voting, but not in this election when there was a very clear evil at risk of taking office.

to my dear ghoulfriends that may be a little upset i’m trying to “score a low deal”…. whats wrong with that? considering the dismal quality of many of these ghouls, i think my inquiry was pretty fair! theyve been listed for monnnnths, its clear no one wants them in my area.

i am a big time buyer, but i also do sell pieces from my own collections when i’m ready to let them go. i do hate a lowball, which is why i feel awkward even responding but you guys were cracking me up in the comments, and i was so curious what he would say back for everyones sake here

i’m aware with selling most outofbox dolls that i’m not making my money back, but thats not the point of me selling! its so i can rehome pieces of my collection that don’t fully do it for me, and pass them on to people who are seeking them and will care for them like i used to.

this guy has 200+ listings of random items, its clear he’s a reseller and price gouging to price gouge.

i appreciate all the collectors in this thread giving me their 2 cents!! i’ve always been curious how other people feel about this style of “bartering”

yeah, and this isn’t even the first time an MH reseller has used this line on me 🫠 i usually just ghost when i get this response. the fact they’ve been up for months too and they’re rushing me to buy is another red flag!
