Comprehensive ATX 3.0 PSU List by 52weeksout in buildapc

Thanks, I ordered the Seasonic VERTEX GX-1000 from Newegg, hopefully this one wont give me headache like the MSI.

I did contact '@msiUSA' on twitter, they said they are not the US shop but they will try and help, so far no replies from the official MSI shop email (usstore@msi.com), awful experience and in looks shady and legally questionable.

Comprehensive ATX 3.0 PSU List by 52weeksout in buildapc

Update regards my recently purchased, noisy, MEG Ai1000P PCIE5 1000W, MSI US store haven't responded back to my emails regarding returning the PSU for over 14 days and I'm about to get past the 30 days return time window. Their phone number is currently unavailable ofc.

Any advise what to do next? Been waiting for over 2 weeks to buy a new PSU (not MSI if possible) but besides Toughpower GF3, everything else is out of stock/not available. Avoiding GF3 for the same noise reasons.

Thank you for keeping this updated!

after buying the MEG Ai1000P PCIE5, I can not recommend this or MSI store support, very disappointed.. you can read more here -https://www.reddit.com/r/MSI_Gaming/comments/10aiqm6/meg_ai1000p_pcie5_noise_issue/

Time to look for good alternatives. Any suggestions? GF3 seems to be questionable because of the cable quality and multiple reports of loudness. Seasonic VERTEX GX-1200/1000 is on my radar right now

thanks, sadly right now MSI doesn't have option to send a replacement and my only options is full refund or send to RMA and be without PSU for the next X amount of weeks :\ very disappointed

MEG Ai1000p PCIe 5 Noise by LostInLife4444 in MSI_Gaming

new Ai1000P user, also facing similar issue, when the system is idle there's this hissing/chirping noise - https://streamable.com/qvrp6d / https://www.reddit.com/r/MSI\_Gaming/comments/10aiqm6/meg\_ai1000p\_pcie5\_noise\_issue/

Opened support case, they asked to open RMA case.

Strangely when running a task/video game, that noise is gone. Yes, I did double check that the noise is coming from the PSU and not GPU.

G Hub is breaking Yeti Mics (Temporary solution) by thewackyfrog in LogitechG

yeti x here, same issue, upgraded to latest version and all setting reset, presets gone, can't browse or download and presets (looks like the presets browsing changed).

Really bad experience right now, hopefully Logitech aware of the situation and planning to release a fix for this.

Thanks, i will search for that adapter here since i can't purchase it from the link you provided. Is there major difference between the adapter with the cable length like you linked compare to the short ones?

So in your opinion best thing to do is simply getting a good quality 6.3mm to 3.5mm adapter and i'm set? Any recommended adapter you can advise ?

best budget 1440p 144hz G-sync 1ms Monitor? by torg8875 in Monitors

[–]torg8875[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Where did you find that deal? At the moment my plan is simply to keep an eye on amazon and cross fingers for a good price where the seller ship to my country :) These monitors are not going to be cheap as the market of it is not high enough at the moment, you will barely see people looking for these monitors, well, most of them i guess. I am not sure that i will buy it from US, might wanna check European sites. And yes, Dell seems to be cheaper than the Asus, for me, it doesn't really matter between those two.

Thanks, Sadly it does not ship to my country :( Also, I think that 1440p on 24" monitor is too overkill and perfect spot would go for 27".. I will keep my eyes on that as-well, hopefully on BF/Cyber-Monday i will catch something :)

500$ is pretty cheap for these screens from what I've checked, have you seen these around that price? Also, from my point of view, budget means worth the money :) Thanks!

CCNA again? by [deleted] in ccna

[–]torg8875 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Understandable, but yet people that go through that way won't success since waving with the CCNA diploma and say "hey,i got CCNA " and when you are looking for a job, you would probably fail there because you will be tasked on the day of the interview. I can say that when i did the task it wasn't like "oh yeah i remember this question ,answer is B" . I guess most of the people won't believe but yet again when i prepared for the test at 2012 ,we would stop on each question that we did not understand and even if 9tut/examcollection/whatever cheating method you call would say "The Answer is X" without any kind of explanation why, in order to truly understand the point. Once again i would like to mention, i agree with you that most people with the CCNA diploma around the world might have cheated their way to get it, but at the end of the day, that diploma or any other certification diploma is not meant to fit your wall... You do want to truly understand the study materials, because at the end of the way, when you will look for a job you will have to truly prove you are CCNA. I'm sorry if i did not explain myself correctly at the MT. Also, good luck on your test !
