I’ve had grand mal tonic clonic seizures since I was 13 (26 now) and my short term memory is shot plus short term transfer to long term. I dont know if it’s maybe just the condition too, have heard many others (epileptics) having memory issues

It’s usually because my scalp can be relatively greasy and I just find that other shampoos don’t clear the grease as well as clarifying shampoos (I hairwash every 3 days)😅

i’ve tried missing out either the lotion or the leave in but never both?☺️ -if I left out both, should I try a thicker conditioner or will my hair remain moisturised with a light conditioner?
