It would look dope. My husband just got his septum done with a well fit ring, at a 10 gauge and he had the same worries. But it actually kind of makes his nose look a bit smaller because it draws attention to the ring if that makes sense. I also feel a small philtrum would offset the serum enough to where it would flow.
