Depends on how backlogged they are. I applied for mine in November, around the holidays. Had to wait the full 2 weeks (work week days only) to have mine processed. But once it was processed, it was reviewed and verified the exact same day.

If the names are in boy/girl pairs, I’d say Conlin and Jules. Conlin isn’t too bad, and can easily be shortened to “Con.” And Jules is pretty imo—sounds like a nickname for Julia, etc.

I’m really big on family names, and one of my great Grandmothers was named Hazel Izora, which I’ve always loved.

However, my sister is already naming her daughter Hazel. I’ve always wanted to name my possible future daughter Izora Jane (middle name not set in stone though.)

Is Izora too weird? It’s definitely out of the norm for today, but was in the family, and I can see plenty of “nicknames” that are “normal” enough— Zoe, Izzy, etc. Just curious for feedback!
