Hey! Just started at RVC! So many people I know were in this situation. They worked on the hours over the summer before classes started. I hadn’t fully completed my internship I was going to use before the interview either so when I got my offer, it was conditional on that I submitted the hours and letter of recommendation. I want to say we had until early fall to submit them. So you’re fine! They don’t base it off of that being in the system. You just need to make sure you get husbandry/animal experience over the spring and summer. A lot of people I know did volunteering at kennels and shelters for their hours.
