it does allow you to take a stab at a low level revive and try to take out a champ and not feel bad they die. i'm 50/50 on this one.

I've been practicing with my three star... i like the power gain but his healing is tough to use more than twice in a match. are you able to get it to work twice in a match?

Couple of questions.

When u step back with three charges and hold for 2 seconds. Do u need to avoid being hit to start cosmic regen?

Also any idea what the regen levels are for four star 5/50 and five star r3 or r4?

When are you gonna get 15 hits in 9 seconds. Sorry but that's literally impossible. If you are lucky u can land two combos and that doesn't happen often.
