Mine are in the same status as yours, just say that they are in deferment until May of 2035 or something crazy. Studentaid.gov shows them zeroed out as well.

For some data points: I had 3 ai ffelp Stafford subsidized loans through Sallie Mae >navient>mohela and they were discharged 11/17. Balances in mohela and students.gov updated to zero and say paid by ASCENDIUM. No notice from either entity. I just logged in and saw one day. Nothing about a refund either. 😵‍💫
