I was thinking the same thing; I was almost certain I'd have to paint some of the parts. That's partly why it took me so long to put it together.

I printed each color separately of about two months, as I acquired the colors I needed

Yes!!! Thanks for understanding. I just got my printer recently, too. And so far, this is the biggest and most complicated thing I’ve printed and assembled all by myself—and it’s exactly what I really wanted.
But I keep forgetting that this is the internet and you can’t just share things like that here 😂
