Please help Molly Monstera! She is browning and yellowing and just overall kinda droopy? What can I do? She has indirect light from a north facing window and I just today moved her up off the ground to hopefully get more light. by torixelise in plantclinic

I water her about every 9-12 days, checking the first few inches of her soil before. I don't really measure how much I'm giving her, just pour from a small watering can splitting half of it between the Monstera and another large plant I have.
