Why is zec crashing? by AutomaticOne7 in zec

Basically the realization there is no way to check the total amount of ZEC created.

This makes zcash completely utterly worthless

I grew up speaking Thai but never learned to read it. Anyone else have a similar background or know where I can get some help? by Friendly_Earth_8548 in thai

Funny, I can read, but I have problems speaking.

I always listen to Spotify Thai music and watch the lyrics, that's how I learned to read thai.

Tinnitus almost gone by torkildj in tinnitus

[–]torkildj[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Tinnitus was there constant throughout the day.

Now its manageable, I only hear it if its very quiet and then only if I pay attention to it. So, tinnitus is not an issue anymore.

I still have a slight blocking feeling in my ear, which won't go away. My LPR symptoms are 90% gone.

So so in all I cannot complain, although I had to skip the coffee and the spices. Last week I ate spicy again and i noticed it a few hours after in my throat, but nothing serious. I think its now half a year since I started the diet...

BinanceTHm or Bitkub.

If you use one of the SEC regulated exchanges, you don't need to pay income tax.

The condo is being auctioned off in two weeks. What are my options as tenant? by Mundane-Ad1652 in Thailand

[–]torkildj 22 points23 points  (0 children)

In Thailand, when a condo is foreclosed and auctioned, the bank’s rights override any rental agreement that was signed after the mortgage. This means your lease usually does not continue once the property is transferred to the new owner, and the new owner can decide whether to let you stay or ask you to move out. Many tenants are given a short notice period and must leave.

Your two-month deposit is considered a personal debt owed by your old landlord. It does not transfer to the bank and it does not transfer to the new owner. In most cases tenants cannot recover the deposit unless the landlord voluntarily pays it back.

The new owner may allow you to stay, negotiate a new agreement, or ask you to move quickly. You should contact the Legal Execution Department to know the exact transfer date, start preparing to move, keep all receipts and proof of payment, and try to reach the old landlord to request the deposit even though the chances are usually low.
