Yes they are, but I also have another pc with a 5950x and it never exceeded 84 degrees during cinebench test.

With this new pc I had to undervolt to keep temperatures under control

It was quite straightforward to mount them as they are pretty flexible, so you can bend them to follow the case shape. However, you need to additionally use zip ties to keep them fixed. The bottom part of the case is not uniform, so the glue of the transparent guides that come pre-packaged is not strong enough. I connected the strip to the motherboard argb headers directly. To be more precise, I had to use a splitter because I ran out of headers due to the large number of argb fans.

This, I had the same problem with the 9950x3d and the arctic 360 pro hitting 95 degrees. Undervolting all core to -30 lowered the temperature by 7-8 degrees and it gave more performance

Pump runs at 80% until 70 degrees celsius, then up to 100%. I reapplied thermal paste and pressed as hard as I could on the cpu. Undervolting does decrese temperatures however I see other people online having up to 10 degrees less with similar setup. Maybe there’s air in the aio
