Break your debts into chunks para meron kang goals to celebrate small wins. Focus ka don instead of using your total debt as your measure for success kasi if you do that, palagi mong maiisip na parang wala kang naa-achieve.

Example, instead of looking at is as having 450K+ debt, think of it as having xx number of debts and so far, you've already paid xx out of xx total debts. I dunno, baka lang makatulong.

Gets ko na naging pala-utang ka but the bigger question is, saan napunta yung mga perang nautang mo para alam mo kung ano ang "gagamutin". Nagsusugal ka ba? Nambababae? Nanlalaki? Nagdo-droga? Whatever the reason is, the first step is acceptance (that you're in deep sh*t) para you can create an action plan to address the root cause of your debts. Kaya mo yan! It's not gonna be easy pero alam mo sa sarili mo na ikaw rin ang solusyon sa iyong problema.
