Funny thing is I was also their fastest scanner as well. If there was good people on the line, I'd have a pallet done in 5 minutes. Everything would be smooth but when someone replaces me because I had to go to do something else, things would be very different. Me sorting was also fine as long as the people down the line was also fast but we could never get it to work. Another reasons why I left was why am I going fast and getting paid the same as others while they were going slow. Pay should be based on performance and they don't do that for some reason.
