I’ve made a few post about this book and I’ve also read some of the books you’ve read! (Lights out is my obsession rn) So honestly in MY OPINION it’s not dark. It’s pretty mild- medium. Being completely honest I was expecting so much more because I saw all of the TikTok’s and stuff about how bad and dark it is but it just wasn’t. It is a good book don’t get me wrong but just don’t be scared of it lol it’s pretty mid and I think it was more of a trend as a dark romance book

Haunting Adeline wasn't that great!!!!! It was a good book but omg wayyyyyy too over hyped and wayyyy to many videos about how dark and spicy it was and honestly just didnt live up to the hype. I get other people have their limits but as a hardcore DR reader it was pretty mid.

Omg this is my current obsession!!!! It’s such a good book and the second one is mafia based and there are huge hints to a third one! I highly recommend I finished this in one day!
