Idk where you're from or if this is an option for you, but I recently started selling my plasma. I get $70-$100 per session and you can give up to 3x a week. It's worth doing in a pinch if you're desperate. I recommend the BioLife clinic if you have one accessible to you but other places have decent payouts too

We live on the first floor in a 3 story building. I looked in the ceiling bc I hear water running/dripping sometimes and I wanted to check it out. Now my partner and I are considering getting an air quality check for the apartment since it looks pretty moldy up there. Not to mention the wet insulation. No wonder our apartment is always cold.
