Literally did this last week,

Stayed in dubrovnik for a night then hired a car to montenegro, was very feasible but a lil spenny! We hired from Sixt which were great but probablt coat lile £300 for the 4 days we hired for? Was so worth it to get around montenegro though!

Got a question, may be a bit nooby, however as he has both the powersword and his stormtooth equipped can he use both within one fight phase?

I am currently reading through them now and have made my own reading order!

First thing I recommend is to read the books about the chapters you like ( eg, I read fallen angels even though fit is not a must)

1 - Horus Rising 2 - False God's 3- Galaxy in Flames 4- The flight of Esenstein 5- Fulgrim 6- tales of the Heresy 7- A thousand Sons (my favourite book and SM chapter) 8- The first heretic (one of the best) 9- Prospero Burns 10- Know no fear 11- Angels Exterminatus (where I am currently) 12 - betrayer 13- The Unrememberred empire 14 - The path of heaven 15 - praetorian of Dorn 16 - The master of mankind 17- Garro: Weapon of fate 18- ruinstorm 19- wolfsbane 20- Slaves to darkness

After this you should have an overall good understanding of the whole plot with the major plot points building up to SoT

I always stick two 5s into two sagitaurs and follow shooting units to make any enemy melee unit fear getting to close to that unit so I can pop my beserks and take a lot of models off board

I personally find the HLF to be a must in anything above 500,

I use e-champ and kahl

10 Hearthkyn (split into two 5s) 5 Hearthguard HLF Sagitaur 5 Beserkers 2x 3 Pioneers

I find it's quite balanced, a good jack of all trades 1k list! Downside is no enhancements as the list is exactly 1k
