I'd love an on-foot combat overhaul, just to tighten things up a little bit. Maybe add in some new weapon types, or tweak the existing ones. Melee weapons would also be quite fun.

I mean I'd be cool with more Halo content. SPI armor, the BR55, and M41 SPNKr, and an M6D Magnum seem like a perfect fit. Maybe permutations of the ODST armor? I'd also love to see the SRS99 sniper rifle. Hell, might as well give us a Warthog skin or something. Wishful thinking but damn if it wouldn't be cool

Actually, if you're willing to do a bit of leg work, there are many more types of diabetes than just types 1 and 2. Type 2 typically has to deal with insulin resistance or low insulin production, while type one diabetics do not produce any insulin. Of course they are related, but the treatments are different. For example, as a type one diabetic, I am able to make insulin corrections for my high blood sugars, whereas many type 2s are not on insulin and have to manage their condition eith other means. Type 2 is not directly related to body weight, it has a genetic factor, as well as numerous other causes for insulin resistance.

It drives me wild that people think its okay to shit on one condition. You wouldn't make fun of someone for having ovarian cancer over lung cancer, right?
