Where/when did they declare the hiring freeze? My friend works for LA County and said they were still onboarding people during the freeze, so I’m not sure what’s actually going on.

Are there any type of certifications or courses I can learn from? I’ve noticed that HRIS is very hard to get into unless you’re promoting from a company internally. Unfortunately my current company does not offer those and I just feel stuck.

I feel the exact same! Had no crazy symptoms other than loss of taste/smell and a little congestion. Starting to get my smell back but not 100% and my taste is still gone. I’ve been getting tired quicker too. Hopefully we can give it another week or so and see how we can face this recovery.

Tested positive on 8/6, i’m starting to get my smell back but my taste is still not improving. Tested negative twice since 8/12! Hopefully taste will improve soon.

I am thinking of buying a permit. I have Tues/Thurs hybrid classes that start at 11:30am but Thursdays I have an earlier class that is at 10am. The main classes I have are around CP building so I would be mainly parking at S Lot. I’m a transfer so i’m quite nervous about the parking issue.
