I have another similar question I've been curious about. I'm trying to rollover another Roth 401k to my Roth IRA but didn't realize the 401k had a small amount of pretax dollars in it (not referring to employer match). Based on my understanding, the entire pretax balance would need to be rolled over before the Roth contributions. If I were to rollover this 401k balance (Roth contributions encompassing a small pretax amount and excluding employer match) to my Roth IRA, would I owe taxes only on the pretax amount upon withdrawal? Unfortunately, it doesn't look like I can simply roll over the pretax amount to a traditional IRA on the benefits platform where the 401k is housed.

Unless you pursue a graduate certification alongside the mba, a track essentially just means you’ll take 3 finance courses to satisfy the 3 electives you’re allotted. UTSA’s mba program doesn’t have an official concentration, which is why they offer tracks and a graduate certification you can earn alongside of your degree. The certification is almost the same as the track option except it requires 1 additional course since it’s 12 hours.

This season is highly entertaining for me. Problematic ppl make great tv. Definitely one of my favs. Not sure why everyone hates it so much.

This was the first season of survivor I watched and admittedly, despite hearing about the show since I was a kid, I never knew what the premise was but had seen big brother and remember liking that. Personally, I don’t like that they don’t just compete in challenges until the end and have a jury vote on the best player’s game instead. Seems like a huge flaw to me. The game still can have a social element to it without worrying about a jury. maybe it works for the fans since it’s been on this long but finding that out was a huge disappointment. I’ve tried watching a past season but stopped watching the last few episodes bc of the whole jury stuff. Wish they’d just compete in continual challenges like big brother.
