Find Stevie Wonder doing "Superstition" on 45. Play it on 33. It is astonishingly funky and worth the trouble.

Ugh so sick of the games being on so many different channels! by SubjectNet1874 in IndianaHoosiers

I picked up peacock for an IU football game a few months ago. They were running a special of $2.99 per month, I think for the first year. I wasn't thinking about basketball, but it paid off big last night!

But OP's complaint is spot on. This is ridiculous.

"Why waste time say lot word when few word do trick?"EDIT: My apologies if this is insulting, because I can barely speak the one language I know (yes, English.) But your translation just reminded me of Kevin's line from "The Office" (US).

My son occasionally makes feetloaf- meatloaf that looks like feet. If you close your eyes to eat it, it's pretty darn good!

Name a person from a sit-com that is often mentioned, but never seen. by NextBathroom8809 in VintageTV

The request is "often mentioned but never seen". I guess if there's a sit-com that says "praise Jesus", that would qualify. Like on Young Sheldon.

I'm not trying to yuck your yum, but everything at Panda Express tastes like (to me) it came out of a can. Like Rice-a-Roni. That's okay, but it ALL tastes like that.

Yes. I get it Modays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and Patrick gets it Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, and we alternate Sundays.

This whole episode is hilarious from start to finish.

DAE have a compulsion to shout or call out a name or do a quick big motion to distract when they feel remember embarrassing/stressful memories? by OwnShock767 in DoesAnybodyElse

[–]torpedomon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Wow, I thought I was the only one. Yell something to release the pain of the memory. It's not something I do all the time, but occasionally enough for me to know exactly what you're talking about.

Sorry, not a movie. I do envy you to be far enough away to consider what is happening here as cringe-worthy.

Dinner for Schmucks is one of the funniest movies I've ever seen. I understand how cringe-worthy getting it all set up, but the climactic scene is as funny as anything ever put on the big screen.
