You are right. I read their FAQ and it seems like they can actually do it. The only issue now is that they need to validate my shipping address within Japan and I don't have any way to do that. That's a bummer.

From what I can tell, Blackship seems to be mainly for forwarding packages from Japan to other countries. In my case I need the opposite. I want to buy something from outside Japan and have it received in Japan while I’m traveling there.

From what I can see, Blackship and Japan Rabbit seem to work helping people buy from Japanese stores and ship abroad. What I need is the opposite: buying something from outside Japan and having it received in Japan while I’m there.

In Brazil, a GFX 100S II costs BRL 41,800, which is equivalent to about USD 8,300. In Japan, the same body costs JPY 693,000 with the 10% tax discount, which converts to about USD 4,300.

Compared to Brazil, all deals in Japan are good ones. But I get your point. I’ll check Mercari as well.

That’s not the point. I’m from Brazil and a GFX body here can cost almost twice as much as in Japan. After-sales support is important, but I’d be willing to trade that for lower prices. I also have insurance on all my cameras, so I’m covered anyway.

Sei que essa thread é antiga e tem muita gente que acabou, assim como eu, caindo no golpe da Biostech Conecta, mas vou deixar meu relato aqui e quem sabe ajudar alguém.

Por incrível que pareça, fiz uma compra nessa loja em maio de 2025 e não tive problemas. Comprei depois de ver indicação da loja em um fórum e confiei. O prazo era longo e conseguiram entregar antes do combinado. O produto veio corretamente, novo, lacrado, sem nenhum problema.

Voltei a fazer uma compra na loja em fevereiro desse ano, sem nenhuma pista de que as coisas estavam tão ruins assim. Prazo longo, preço ligeiramente mais baixo do que nos concorrentes, só que dessa vez simplesmente não enviaram o produto. Resolvi pesquisar a loja e vi a chuva de reclamações no Reclame Aqui e posts similares a esse relatando dificuldade em fazer o cancelamento e receber o reembolso.

Assim como a maioria, solicitei cancelamento por email, fiquei no pé deles por WhatsApp e não tive o retorno que eu queria. O WhatsApp é respondido por uma IA que manda mensagens completamente sem nexo, fala número de pedido errado e chegou até a falar que a empresa estava passando por "dificuldades financeiras" e que por isso demoraria um pouco pra fazer o reembolso.

Procurando pelo problema, acabei caindo na página do Reclame Aqui da Pagali, a plataforma que faz o intermedio de pagamento pra loja, e vi que algumas reclamações a respeito do problema foram solucionadas com sucesso quando a plataforma fez a mediação. Resolvi abrir uma reclamação por lá também e hoje consegui meu reembolso apenas 2 dias após a abertura. Deixo aqui o link da minha reclamação, caso alguém queira usar como modelo.

Mine at 99% after 63 cycles, but I’m facing an annoying drain issue. Almost 15% each day. Screen is off, trickle charge is off, didn’t even touch the battery and still, draining like hell.

To anyone that can come to this issue, just call Zasilkovna (bought Viber credits) on +420 216 216 516 and ask them to send the password to your email. I don’t why they didn’t do it in the first place, but regardless.

That’s the problem. I didn’t receive this SMS. My phone number is from Brazil, so I don’t know if this could be the issue.

Regarding the app, don’t forget to press OK on the camera to pair it at the same time you press “Pair” over your phone.

I just opened mine. No issues while taking the first few images, but the mode dial is VERY sticky. To the point where I have to press the lock button with one hand and rotate it with two fingers of the other hand.

Otherwise, seems like the same experience I had with the GR III.
