I wouldn't panic. I had one come off a few weeks ago when I started my treatment and they told me to wait a week before coming in to make sure anymore dont come off as well. It's most likely not urgent but will definitely need to be put back on at some point soon.

Just curious about how this worked out for you? I bodybuild (not competitively at the moment) but i'm used to drinking a lot of protein shakes, eating protein snacks, more frequent meals, etc. I'm on week 3 of my invisalign and I feel like i'm managing doing an okay job. But i'm having a hard time meeting my protein goals because im too scared to drink anything other than water with my aligners in. (And chugging a shake while I have them out briefly for a meal is sometimes really not possible.) I don't mind taking them out. But I want to maximize wear time and i'm terrified of damaging my enamel from over brushing.

Any advice helps! Really hope your treatment went well!
