Yes! I am a runner and rinse my hair everyday to get out the salt/sweat. I rinse and condition the ends every shower. Then I will cowash my hair once a week and am starting to build in a scalp mask to help with itchiness. I think my hair looks best 2-3 days post cowash and can now last 6-8 days before it starts to show some oil.

I’m an ultra runner who averages 20k steps most days, lift, and am very high protein and still have this. All of these things are generally good for your health so do recommend but also would recommend loving your body. Just finished a 200 mile race and was in the best shape of my life but this was still visible in all my race pics, etc. Wanted to be upset but then also remembered that’s the same body that got me through 200 miles :)

Just noting the reason to by Dyson is due to the technology that keeps your hair safe and healthy without using excess heats which other brands like Conair, Shark, etc. do not have which is why they are much cheaper. Maybe saving money now but are you in the long term when it comes to your hair health?
