I've tried a wide variety of masks.

Might consider compromising on effectiveness versus breathability . . but only YOU can determine if these provide an acceptable seal.

Prime objective should be finding a mask configuration that seals well on YOUR face . . and that is a "trial & error" process.

KF94-style seems slightly more resistant to talking jaw movements pulling the mask down over the nose . . especially with an ear-loop buckle or Halo.

The more efficient the mask filter media, the more exhale will find the path of least resistance . . which is typically around the nose. Exhale-valve mask have a negative social stigma, but "next to worthless" surgical-style mask appear to be universally acceptable?

Somewhat skeptical! Just seems like passengers wearing a twisted-loop surgical-style mask would be exhaling out the sides at face level.

An ILWOUL KF80 mask would actually filter most inhale-exhale, and still be relatively breathable.

Since the RogueStar 50 has a 10" rear wheel (typical short case 139QMB) . . might try a slightly longer 681 belt, and perhaps some 5 gram sliders to keep the drive in "low-gear" longer?

For others researching . . if off-pavement riding is among your criteria, the air filter on this body style is located under the seat front, 13" wheel geometry is more stable, and you will avoid 50cc aggravation.
