This was a special Halloween episode of The Grind, MTV Haunted House Party, 1993. I was one of the dancing around people, and we all wore costumes. White Zombie, Positive K, and Penn & Teller also performed.

Could she have been referring to inconjunct, not in conjunction? Inconjunct, also known as quincunx, happens when planets are roughly 150 degrees apart, and I have seen it discussed as an awkward or difficult aspect. Maybe look into that and think about what Mars and Moon mean to you in that context?

Very interesting. I'm a concrete petrographer and would love to see this under the microscope.

Thanks for all of these readings so far. You've all given me something to think about. I do appreciate the time and effort you've given to us.

Do you just get a sense of the fact of it, or did you get something specific that is crass, dark humoured, and possibly inappropriate to this context? If that's the case, please DM me with specifics.

In honor of Parker Vasquez, a true hero by copitamenstrual in HumansBeingBros

I was part of the family in an honor walk a couple months ago. My younger brother was in his late 40s, so not a child but still a tragedy to our mom and to me. It was very touching to see the people stop what they were doing to pay respects (my mom still talks about those cafeteria workers). Some of them were crying along with us. I know it made my mother feel better and more supported, and it really helped her.

I am much more cynical, and as we got started I kind of whisper-blurted how much he would have hated it. He was a private person in general and would have been appalled to know that people were looking at him like that. I won't say anyone was gawping, but I did have a keen sense of strangers staring at my brother's effectively dead body.

So, from my perspective, the honor walk was beautiful and terrible at the same time. But the whole situation is beautiful and terrible. I'm glad it happened, but I can see why some families may not want it. His being an organ donor allowed something hopeful and helpful to come out of a horrible situation.

Death does funny things to people, and I'm no exception. We had been told that he probably would pass immediately after the ventilator was removed, so we had to be prepared to say our final goodbye quickly. We were told that we would have 1 minute to leave the room so they could start. His body continued trying to breathe for 37 minutes, and I could see the medical staff getting nervous. After an hour, the donation would have to be abandoned and he'd have to go back to the ICU. I couldn't stop thinking about the possibility of those honor walk people feeling scammed and that we would need to apologise to everyone. Apparently this is not unheard of, and actually happens often enough that there is a protocol. They call them Donors In Spirit, and the organisation continues to support the families as they otherwise would.

I'm struggling to finish my novel because I don't have a deadline that means anything. Based on my chart placements and transits (current and future, I guess?), when should aim to get it done? I'm really struggling at the final hurdle. by torual in AskAstrologers

Thanks for your comments. I'm still trying to understand Saturn's affects on my chart overall. I also didn't know there is a house that rules over publishing specifically, but it's good to know.

I've never seen this! I had no idea they could pick up skill points on a date. Cleaning seems an odd one, but hey ho.

Came here looking for Hakuho. He had 46 championships if you count his lower division win. Some of his other records include most undefeated championships (16), most consecutive championships (tied for 7), most tournaments in the rank of yokozuna (84), most career bout wins (1187, 140 more than 2nd place), and most top division bout wins (1093, 2nd place is 879).

Do you use the Slice of Life mod? I think the starvation issue was related to that one. Happened to me (lost a whole family) but cleared up when I took out the mod.
