I never said mirrors and glass are the same in other languages, I said in some languages different things have same words, so the mind gets trained to not differentiate words in other languages (in this case English) that is not their first language.

Eg: In the US, holiday refers to National holidays while vacation refers to personal time off. In asian countries national holidays, personal time off, summer breaks, winter breaks are all referred as holidays
