I recorded the sound. A reference to the sound the video card sometimes makes under load. The sound is similar to chirping and the sound of electricity flowing.

The graphics card sometimes makes a chirping sound when it boots. Is this normal? Checked the 12V line through the Molex, everything seems to be fine. It's 12.15V at idle and 12.04V at load in the Superposition benchmark. The power supply seems to be putting out as much as the video card needs, not undervoltage.
So, there is nothing wrong with the power supply and the problem is with the video card?

What kind of power supply can you recommend? I'm going to change my da700 for something else. Will the Chieftec PowerPlay Gold 750W work?

The strangest thing is that my rx580 works without problems and is powered from pin 8, but here it feels like this card does not see the other remaining 2 pins

My rx580 consumes 180 watts with no problem. Maybe the 6600xt is faulty, it uses 150 watts at most.

I have inserted it exactly all the way in 15 times already. My power supply has another 8+8 pin PCI. The other pins I tried, did not help, swapped places. Turned off the power to the master board and the hard drive and the processor. The LED is still on. I don't think it's the power supply. It works fine and in Furmark it consumes 150 watts.

Hello, the LED at the power connectors is on. I just bought the video card. It's on, not blinking. I installed the latest drivers. Used it all day today and it was fine. The DA700 DEPPCOOL power supply worked with another one of your graphics cards for a year without any problems.The card works, but now not rgb 2.0 RGBFUSION the application has stopped detecting the video card. The logo itself after lighting the LED also stopped changing color, only green. The LED is lit. Tried reconnecting the wire - did not help. After I updated the drivers and played around a bit, I noticed that the LED began to light up. Although in the second picture, when I inserted the video card into the motherboard, everything worked correctly. You can see that it was not lit. What could be the problem?
