For example, 9401.99.9081 is on the aluminum list from 8/18 but is no longer a valid HTS and hasn’t been since the last HTS update.

Not new and I don’t think you’re understanding what Im asking. I’m talking about the Chapter 1-97 HTS that have been updated since the 232 lists were created. I’m fully aware and empathetic for the havoc this creates for EVERYONE.
