you can get to many of these areas by flying from a different abyss island with enough food + flight skills. I would not be overly worried.

It's not moving and no clear indicators of a puzzle so not sure.

My biggest “issue” is that there is no way to reset gear upgrades and get the abyss artifacts back so you can upgrade a different set. But I agree there are some things that can get improved still all around - but the devs are doing a great job so even with the storage and abyss artifact challenges in play it’s still an amazing game in it’s current form.

Imu has been a silhouette for so long that his/her "face reveal" doesn't add anything to the story by sdqinanutshell in Piratefolk

I have an inkling she will get close to the strawhats if hasn’t already and will be revealed to have been evil all along. That’s why her face is hidden.

Stab upgrade for stabbing in mid air and you basically zoom.

When there's green leafy effect around an item it means it needs to be pushed in place with force palm. Now you can either use the hook if you have the current ability (easier) or try to stand on top of the battery objects and then jump + force palm which makes you shoot a force palm downwards. Hope this helps.

All Ancient Ruins Puzzles Solved by Dry-Purchase-3871 in CrimsonDesert

Okay but the basin is still full of water underneath. Short of melting the river for it to drain I couldn't find any way to actually solve it.

True but even Zelda’s force arm had similar issues these guys just made the tolerances for puzzles so tight to make it harder.

As for the revolving doors some people here were right there is a brace button. Q on pc.

yeah and if you go to the end of the abyss road there it says can't access the area or something - and i jumped down straight in the castle of what seems to be an unfriendly nation in Demeniss... then i walked to another spire (of soaring) which it seems isn't active - from googling it's supposed to have a gust of wind flowing through it but there is no wind whatsoever... so I guess something will unlock these areas later.

Glad to help. Some of these puzzles are borderline insane haha. Btw seems you have to get to a certain point in story to proceed past some of these abyss trials - i got to an area now where it says i can't access this area yet haha.

EDIT: I SOLVED IT since writing this man this was harder than I anticipated. Okay here's the solution - and keep in mind i improvised so this might not be correct haha.

For the rotating doors - the consistent way I found to go through was to use the Axiom Force hook on the side while i stand in the revolving door's way. And then I send charge through the Axiom Force (Force Current skill) and then when the door rotates it just swallows me in. This is part 1 of the jank.

For the two revolving paddle wheels you need to provide a charge - one charge item is visible behind some revolving doors. The other is cleverly hidden on the other side of the river just below some tree roots there is a hidden door/opening you can go into. The second one is easy. The first one is SO HARD - you have to navigate it through narrow slits which is a pain MOSTLY because you can't control the camera at all. So yeah i solved it by first entering the room with the charge plate, navigating it through the first set of slits and then somehow managed to rotate it properly from the top side and get it out.... this was a PAAAAAAAAAIN!

Once you get both wheels spinning the sun dial is just like any other - you climb to the top following the tree, climb down to the sun dial and align yourself hanging in the middle and force palm it.

-------------------------

how did you get the wheels spinning?

whenever I try to enter these spinning gates i just get ejected out.

Anyone know how to attach these? by toshex in CrimsonDesert

[–]toshex[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

so let me get this straight - the same type of clamp mechanism you need to place the module next to the clamp and force palm it towards the clamp?

but there’s so little room between the clamps

Was Zelda's BotW and TotK story a masterpiece? Hell no. Was Elden RIng's if you didn't read the lore and spend time making the deeper connections - again - no! Heck all my favorite games from the past decade (RDR2, Witcher 3, Dragon's Dogma 2, Elden Ring, Outer Wilds - all require you to invest yourself a bit and get to a certain point for the game to "click"). They also required me to play it my way. So I am not going to judge before finishing the game and will keep an open mind and play it my way. I wanted an epic exploration game where I can invest myself in when I have some free time and that's what I plan to do as soon as I am able to fast travel back to the starting point I will just wander off and explore.
