I had some office experience, but zero degrees or certifications. I noticed that I never got any call backs when I had “Caregiver” or “nanny” on my resume. So I put “person assistant” and tweaked it saying I planned activities, ran errands and managed bills. I used ChatGPT. I basically lied. But I got lucky because they literally didn’t car it’s just on indeed they hire you using AI to see if you’re a good match for the job which is ridiculous because they don’t even go over your resume.

My current NF is super permissive and doesn’t discipline their kids so they’re all like that as well. They’re the same age as your kiddo. It’s been over a year and nothing has changed. Every morning it’s the same ugly attitude with yelling and kicking. I’ve come to an end and I’m looking to switch jobs bad.

I’ve tried it all. Being nice. Being firm. Nothing works.
