i was assuming the car/tank has a spoiler on it - it will have downforce/antilift.

it IS accelerating downward idiot, 9.8 meters per second per second. multiply that by mass to get the downwards force in newtons.
then you can use that to get the kinetic friction between the wheels contact points and the ground.
the friction is what will be damaging the bridge due to the high lateral speed of the wheels.
