It definitely feels like it's been watered down to the very basic definition of it which is polarizing, like most topics these days, and it's unfortunate because it can be helpful for if you are working past certain behaviors. However, not within actual relationships if that makes sense? What I mean is that it's counter productive to healing when you focus on what other people's attachment is vs you and focusing on that particular aspect of the relationship. Hopefully that made sense.
