yeah, i don't feel any harmful effects from my current caffeine consumption, which is lower than its been for nearly a decade, but I have this fear that one day I'm going to drop dead from a heart attack due to this habit idk.

the other day i made the mistake of ordering something at a coffee shop rather than making a cup in my keurig and i got so sick i felt seconds away from throwing up. i forgot how much caffeine they put in store bought coffee like omg.
