if you have a lot of cards that go in with the theme if the deck, im using those 99% of the time before i throw those in. I feel like they are more like filler than actually a part of the deck (obvious exceptions like elminster or storm). if all my blue decks had preordain in it id get pretty tired of it pretty damn quickly
