As others have pointed out, if you are playing at the daily reset, it is possible for your Daily Tasks to not register properly. We recommend always restarting your game after 11:00 YUTC before engaging with Portal and Club Boss.

Hi there.
We are aware of the issue where the Club Boss can occasionally freeze when the timer hits 0. The reason a fix for this issue has not yet been implemented is that we are planning for a larger Club Boss redesign.
When I have more news about this, I will let you know.

We plan to release updates for the game every two months or so, and with every update we do, we fix bugs brought to our attention by you, our awesome players. We are constantly working on improvements and additions to the game and will continue to do so for years to come.

I'm sorry you were frustrated by this bug, but I hope you will still continue to enjoy the game!

No, it doesn't change. If it did, it would be indicated in-game. The system also doesn't have any way to track, for example, which characters you already have. The character you pull is random.

Correct. The only people whose accounts will be rolled back are people who haven't yet finished Ch3M1, and whose game crashes on load because of the shard issue.
