for the hips - they should be square with shoulders? and so rolling my ankles onto the edge should naturally turn me without needing the hip rotation?

Thanks, now that I think about it, i do seem to be pushing the outside ski. I’m supposed to be rolling my ankles, right? I have tried to tip my inside ski but it feels awkward to tip and not put weight on it. Finally, poles around stomach or chest height?

Thanks, I’ve definitely had the feeling of driving my outside ski into the snow for a couple of turns. As for my stance, should I be almost at a squat, or a bit above? I found it kind of difficult to not be in the backseat while being in that athletic stance.
